Women’s Volleyball vs Gustavus Adolphus


Women’s Volleyball faced off Saturday afternoon against Gustavus Adolphus in the Loras Invitational.

The Duhawks looked to continue the magic they had earlier in the day against St. Olaf.

Although Loras started off hot, Gustavus Adolphus took control of the set and ran away with it 25-14

Second set, the Duhawks with another hot start going up 16-10, but the Gusties kept their poise and came charging back to win the second set 25-21

Loras did their best to keep it close in the third set, but Gustavus Adolphus pulled ahead late and took the third set 25-20 and winning the match three sets to none.

The Duhawks end with a 2-2 record for the weekend. They will travel to Cedar Rapids next to face Iowa Conference rival Coe College.
