DUBUQUE – Tuesday night the women’s soccer team played a hot match against Wheaton, Illinois in the Rock Bowl.

With double nothing in the first half, the duhawks were looking for an opportunity and they found it. Two of them, actually…

First goal was made by Junior Megan Brant scoring within the first 10 minutes of the second half. Pretty lucky shot if you ask me. Check out that bounce.

Minutes later Maura Walsh scored her first goal of the year bringing the Duhawks in the lead, two to zero.

Duhawks take this game 2-0.

The duhawks take on St. Olaf in Deluth, Minnesota on Saturday at 12:30.
