Summer Fit Tips

LORAS COLLEGE– Students fall into a routine at school with working out. Because the facilities are free to any student, they have treadmills, weights, and equipment at their disposal. When summer rolls around though, certain people are not as lucky to have these at their fingertips.

If this is the case, there are many options that people have without having to spend all of their money on a gym membership. Just going for walks or runs around the neighborhood is a good start, also doing push-ups and sit-ups in your basement on commercials breaks of favorite television shows. Using one’s body weight against them is just as efficient as using real weights.

YouTube has a lot of different resources that anyone can use for at home workouts without equipment as well. Just trying to eat healthy can also play  a big factor in this game. Just because summer comes around and the heat gets turned up outside doesn’t mean that the exercises have to stop.
