DUBUQUE – Senator Marco Rubio greeted supporters and fellow Republicans at the River Center Friday Morning.

Coming off a week of surging in the polls, Rubio looked to capitalize on his momentum.

Speaking to a crowd of about 200, Rubio spoke about a number of topics ranging from higher education to foreign policy.

Attendee Sean Bellissimo was delighted to hear a candidate talk about these topics. “He said a lot of great things about how we need to change the future for…our future generations,” said Bellissimo.
