Zazou’s provides free wedding dresses to military brides

DUBUQUE – Every year, Zazou’s Bridal Boutique partners with Brides Across America by offering free wedding gowns to brides of those serving in our military.

This year provided one very unique and special reunion. Two brides who were in military training together and became close friends were able to reunite after four years apart. After driving several hours, the women met at Zazou’s and were able to find their perfect gowns for their special day. Amazingly, these brides-to-be are also being deployed together to the same place.

Zazou’s store owner Jodi Stricker says the opportunity to make a difference in military families’ lives is a life-changing experience. She is grateful for the chance to honor those who sacrifice so much for this country: they are the real heroes of the story.
