Dog-O-Ween brings together families and fun

The 19th annual Theisen’s “Dog-O-Ween” costume contest was held this past Sunday in Dubuque.

The store was filled with canines of all shapes and sizes, along with excited children lining the runway. The dogs got up close and personal with the spectators, resulting in lots of smiles and popcorn eating.

It was tough competition with over 50 dogs taking part in the event, and even some of the owners got dressed up.

Creativity was showcased and fun was had by all who were apart of the contest.

All money raised from the event went to the Dubuque Humane Society.
