Cheesy Potato Soup Recipe


2 lbs of frozen hash browns (cubed or shredded)

1 pint of Half & Half

1 can of Chicken Broth

2 cans of cream of chicken soup

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

A small bag of real bacon bits



Mix everything all together and place into a crockpot. It is ready to eat after cooking for 5 to 6 hours.
