Dubuque charity “Gives Back” to community

DUBUQUE – Do you want to help make a difference in Dubuque? Look no further than the Give Back project!

The Give Back project gives backpacks full of supplies for homeless teens ages 13-17.

Founded by Loras Professor Dr. Susan Stone, the project aims to help homeless teens who are living on the streets of Dubuque.

The backpacks that the Give Back project provides have canned food that does not require a can opener, toiletries, pens, pencils and a blanket.

If you want to help the Give Back Project, you can send donations to Saint Luke’s United Methodist Church.

You can also drop off any donations at Dr. Susan Stone’s office on the fifth floor of Hoffman Hall at Loras College.
