DUBUQUE, IA – Scotland’s Chief Inspector, Graham Goulden, made his way to Dubuque to speak about violence.
Hosted by Resources United, Goulden shared insight on how he has contributed to reduce violence in his country.
With an increase in violence within the past few years, community members filled the Five Flags Center to discover ways crime prevention can be improved in Dubuque.
Brian Flynn, Dubuque community member shares his take on the event, “He was a very good speaker. I thought it was a good opportunity for the community to come see how the law enforcement is coming together and have different programs to combat crime.”
