DUBUQUE, IA – The Five Flags Center has been hosting Wags at the Flags, an indoor dog park, every Wednesday night since late November. The event was started when the Five Flags Center sensed a need for more dog-friendly indoor spaces during the winter. There were two spaces, one for dogs under 20 pounds and one for those 20 pounds and over, as well as attractions for the owners, such as food and drink vendors and adult refreshments. There are three more nights of Wags at the Flags. No need to pre-register, you can just show up with your pooch and some friends, and have a good time. It’s three dollars per dog; humans are free.
