Dubuque’s 5th annual Ink and Art Expo was held at the Grand River Center September 22nd to the 24th.
This consisted of tattoo business with tattoo booths as well as actual wall and decor art, even blown glass.
The festivities shown through out the days entailed of a burlesque show, daredevil side show, beard competition, pin-up competition, live art, and body painting art.
They topped every night off with human suspension in which professionals as well as audience members could pay to be pierced with hooks to hang by their skin in either their backs or by their knees.
The expo plans to have some of the same events and booths next year but some new additions as well.
