Dubuque Gets an Unexpected Facelift Adrienne Pearson | September 15, 2017 | Community, News | No Comments DUBUQUE- Students in Dubuque came back to school to see some pretty impressive changes in their city. The project was put together by local non-profit Voices Productions, an organization with the goal of bringing more art to the city of Dubuque. Dan Weitz, a Voices spokesperson, explains that the organization historically showcases many mediums of art, from paintings, to sculpture, to spoken word and dance. The project took to the streets with artists such as Gaia and GERALUZ. The goal of the project is to increase tourism and promote small business in the area.
